Throat Chakra: Meaning, Blockage Symptoms, Exercises
The Throat Chakra is one of seven human chakras and as the name suggests, this chakra (aka fifth chakra or Vishuddha) is located in the center of the throat in close proximity to what is commonly called the “Adam’s Apple.” The Fifth Chakra is associated with human creativity and our abilities to communicate. The color corresponding to the Vishuddha chakra is blue.

All human chakras develop minor blockages at some point during our lifespans and being aware of these symptoms during the onset can help alleviate the duration or severity of the blockage.
Painful verbal communications are often cited as causing or perpetuating a blocked or misaligned Throat Chakra.
