The Suits of the Minor Arcana

The Tarot deck contains of 56 Minor Arcana cards, and these cards are split into four suits. These four suits Pentacles, Cups, Swords and Wands represent the energy, emotions, and activities of our lives. To gain deeper insight into your Tarot readings you need a good understanding of what each of these suits represents.

Coins

Coin cards are also referred to as the pentacles, discs, or gold suit. This suit is associated with material aspects of life. In its upright position can indicate dependability, drive, generosity and practicality. When pulled during a reading it can be associated with finances, accomplishments, possessions, career and home.
