Surviving the Holidays as a Psychic
While the winter solstice is one of the easiest holidays to celebrate since most of the rest of the world joins in with celebrations of their own, from Christmas, to Kwanza, you may find this time of year to be exceptionally draining on you as a psychic. So here are some tips to help you survive this year’s holiday season.
Listen to your inner voice
This time of the year the world is bustling with people shopping and traveling. With parties and events and family gatherings it may be hard to find time to be alone. Being continually surrounded by other people with their own worries and exhaustion can rub off on you. If your inner voice is saying you need some down time alone then listen to it. It is easy enough to become overwhelmed this time of year with all of the things you have to do, add to that all of the energy around you and you may be heading for a burn out. Set aside extra time each day to be alone and balance any energy conflicts you may be facing.
Tune into your Intuition
Don’t forget to reconnect with yourself while you are connecting with loved ones. Your future and happiness are of utmost importance. Allow your intuition to speak, meditate, and pamper yourself as you prepare for the transition the solstice brings with it. Skip the typical Christmas wishes and New Years resolutions, and instead listen to your intuition to resolve any issues you may be having. They may seem small like a simple feeling of loneliness to much bigger struggles like a lack of fulfillment in life. Let your intuition be your guide through these shifting times. It will lead you in the right direction making your resolutions worthwhile and attainable.
