Venus retrograde only happens once every 18 months and is one of the most significant astrological transits. Venus is the celestial body in charge of your heart center. During Venus retrograde you can achieve deep healing and awakening of your heart. Venus retrograde began earlier in March. Venus will shift out of retrograde by April 15th 2017, so if you have not begun to take advantage of this time to heal the wounds of your heart, and let go of past hurts follow this advice to open up yourself to a deeper love.

If you have been feeling withdrawn or confused, this is the perfect time to seek clarity. Before you can have true clarity in your life you first need to heal past wounds. Take time to reflect upon your past and evaluating the value of holding on to those memories versus the worth of letting them go. Release your fears and take some time for self-love. There’s no way you can ever open up to new love if your heart is still hung up on past hurts.

Listen to your instincts and intuition this Venus retrograde. They are often more perceptive to the world around us than our own eyes and ears. Often your intuition will be in tune with not only the world around us but also our own body, mind and spirit. Allow the universal wisdom your instincts are tuned into to guide your actions.

Keep in mind your heart chakra is about more than just love, it is also the center for courage, forgiveness, and generosity. The only way to truly heal the Heart Chakra is to change your perspective. Shift your mindset from one that is always focused on the things that you don’t like, and changing that perspective to one that is full of gratitude.

  1. I like this a lot. And I think if I am reading this then I really should try to change how I think about the negatives in life and focus on the positives instead. Another way to help with this would be to do some meditation just to clear my head and get ready for the burst of positive energy that is coming.
