Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to bring positive change to your life. Always use present tense in your affirmation statements. We live in the present. We cannot change the past so let the past go. What we create in the present effects our tomorrows. So let the present be a positive state of mind so our tomorrows will be filled with only positive energy.

It takes time for affirmations to work. Remember you are trying to break a cycle of negative energy you have been carrying around with you for a long time. When we put out positive energy, we receive positive energy in return.
We need to let go of negative thoughts so we can replace them with positive thoughts to change our lives. When you hear yourself being negative, you should replace it with a positive thought. Eventually you will only hear the positive affirmation.
