 Meditation as sleep aide

While meditating may enable us to access a higher plane and vibrational frequency of ourselves. It is also extremely helpful in calming and centering us. Meditating even for a few minutes a day has been proven to have significant health benefits. It can lower your heart rate and decrease your overall stress level. If your sleeplessness is due primarily to stress meditating before bed can be profoundly beneficial.

Lifestyle changes

Declutter your resting space. If your bedroom is full of clutter it can make your body and mind uncomfortable and prevent them from settling. Prioritize the comfort level of your bed. If it is uncomfortable it’s time for a new one! Also cutting back on caffeine, or switching out any coffee you have after 5pm for tea will help drastically.

Crystals and oils

Hold a black tourmaline in one hand while you sleep. Be sure to cleanse it by setting it in a sunny windowsill every day. You can also put a few drops of essential oil of lavender on your pillow before bed. They will evaporate while you sleep, but the soothing aromas will help you fall asleep and stay asleep.

Magical Sleep Potion

 Magical Sleep tonic

For a start try adding a tablespoon of pressed lemon juice, a tablespoon of rosewater, some chamomile, passionflower, and lavender to a cup of warm water. If you need it sweetened a little Manuka honey is loaded with health benefits without unnecessary sugars.

Hopefully, you will quickly find your way to sweet dreams with these tips. Remember there are always alternate options, if black tourmaline doesn’t work for you consider a different crystal, however, you should try to remain with one that is known for its ability to soothe, protect, and positively impact dreams.
