Cutting Energy Cords

Take three to five minutes to connect with your breath. Go in through the nose for four counts, hold for six counts, and breathe out through the mouth for eight counts. When you inhale, call air into your stomach and chest, and on the exhale, visualize what you are releasing. Feel free to repeat for another three to five minutes.

Verbally sever them

Use your voice to speak up for yourself and free you of anything holding you back. “I, [your name], declare to cut and remove all cords, oaths, contracts, promises and karmic ties, across all planes of time, across all dimensions and past lives that do not serve my highest good for this lifetime. I declare that any of these soul imprints what are not beneficial for my highest power become dissolved immediately into a space of love. Thank you.” Repeat this until you feel sufficiently unburdened.”

Empathy- Empaths

Most people feel Empathy for others right? Well at least most people do, there has sometime or another been a situation that someone has gone through, that we cannot imagine what they must be feeling, so we feel empathy for them. Every day empathy for others, compared to Psychic Empathy differs, for example if a child falls and scraps their knee, we see this, they cry and we can imagine the pain they are going through, that is empathy for that child. An example of psychic empathy would be someone going through a inner pain that noone can see and they hide this very well, however the psychic would know and feel the pain of this particular person, as an ordinary person with no psychic ability when we are told “yes, im fine”,we believe them because we cannot feel their pain as a psychic can.

Some people may say that psychics empathy for others is just them being overly sensitive, or babies. We cannot understand ones feelings, without being able to feel it ourselves. So some may not have empathy for others. That’s the difference, can you imagine not only taking on your own feelings, but feeling the pain of others? Psychic Empathy is a strong emotion, that not any of us can truly understand unless put in that situation.

A one card spread is essentially intuitively selecting a single card to inform on a question or situation. This will require trusting your intuition and require some self-reflection, however it is a great method to use while getting to know your cards.
