You wake up a little out of breath and with a quick heart beat. Suddenly, you realize you’re okay.
“Thank goodness it was just a dream”, you say to yourself.
Experiencing a chasing dream can be quite unsettling. We all have had a chasing dream whether we remember it or not. The good news is who or what is chasing you can be very enlightening.
For example, if it is a teacher or boss, you are stressed out or overworked at school or at your job. If it’s a family member you might be running from your responsibilities or feel pressured. If you are being chased by an animal you are most likely running from fear and anxiety.
Most of the time, though, the one chasing us is ourselves. Ask yourself, am I running away or avoiding a problem? Am I running away from the pressures of life?
No matter what the reason remember that dreams help us resolve issues in our waking life. The chasing dream is natural and universal.
So, with that in mind…Dream On ZZZzzzzzzz
That’s it for Now
Keep the Peace
